The township is situated in the mixture of Zoraget and Pambak rivers and at the place where Debet rises. The township is a settlement among parallel 7 straight streets, symmetrically replaced with form of cages of the square, 1.5 floors, it is erected from dark pink tufa, and there is an allotment, 60 private residences, forest environment. The climate is mild.
Project Validation
Zaghizor is very close to Qobayr and St. Grigori churches. It is far from Alaverdi, Vanazor and Stepanavan only for about 20-30km, and it is close to the cultural monuments of their political districts. Here are they: Haghbat, Sanahin, Ozoun, Akhtala, Kayan fortress, Lori fortress, museum of Toumanyan and etc.
The most important thing in the proposed project is that the travel acquisition and its advertising have already been successfully started. It is connected with the nearby built wonderful Tufenkyans’ "Dzoraget" hotel operations.
