Սարքն իրենից ներկայացնում է գլանային ներկապահման սարք՝ երկու զուգահեռ գլաններով, որոնց հեռավորությունը կարգավորվում է կախված ներկվող խողովակի հաստությունից։
Գլանները իրար նկատմամբ զսպանակված են։

Սարքը հատկապես կիրառելի է խողովակաշարերի և այլ մեծ ծավալի աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով։ Կարելի է կիրառել ոչ միայն խողովակների այլ նաև սահմանափակ լայնության տափակ մակերեսների երկկողմանի միաժամանակյա ներկման համար։
Սարքը նաև թույլ է տալիս խուսափել գլանային սարքի վրա անընդմեջ ուժի կիրառումից, քանի որ երկու գլանները մոտեցնող զսպանակը ապահովոմ է սեղմում։
