Production and Export Support in Armenia Association (Association 3A) is a Non-Governmental Organization founded on the principles of common purpose and volunteerism of its members, which was established for the purpose of development and implementation of new business projects, business development, market research, export, help ordinary investors in the projects aimed at stimulating exports and the export process in Armenia. The Association was created to improve the productivity of the economical sphere of the Republic of Armenia. The purpose of the Association is the development of the economical field which can be more accessible to entrepreneurs from the Spyurk and foreign investors, and the establishment in Armenia qualitatively new opportunities for investment, and also the integration of the Armenian general potential with all its ties with the world economy and building of new, substantially differ in focus, marketing feasibilities on its base.

A precondition for the establishment of the Association was the need to involve the wider community in the processes associated with an increase in the productivity of the economical sphere of Armenia, the development of production and an increase in export volumes.

The mission of the Association 3A is to assist its members in implementing their business ideas: from the development of ideas, preparing a business plan to the establishment of new industries in Armenia and export the resulting product. The main directions of activities undertaken by the Association are:

• checking business ideas submitted by its members,
  
• development of business ideas,
  
• drawing of business projects on their base,
  
• conducting various studies related to this business project,
  
• organizing the implementation of the business project,
  
• receipt of products, giving value above all its quality indicators,
  
• organization of marketing of the received products in foreign markets.
  

The Association also supplies its members to provide relevant documents designed to protect their copyright over their submitted ideas and business projects.


Association 3A is a bicameral system, which common members have an opportunity to become (by election) a member of the Public or the Upper chambers if they wish so. The Association has a flexible management system that enables its rank and file members to participate directly in the activities of the Association and become a member of one of the administrative bodies of the Association.

The Association operates through its Web site, which represents a social network and operates on-line. Through the Site discussions are made on all matters relating to the activities of the Association, are organized elections provided by the Charter and Procedure Rules of the Association, are offered to discuss business ideas and projects and so furthermore. Each member is given the opportunity to participate in the deliberations and voting, submit their own projects, get professional advice on matters of mutual interest. To participate in business projects, which have already entered in the phase of implementation, can only members of the Association. Association members who have made investments have a certain percentage of the expected profit respectively to the intellectual (copyright) or financial investment made by them .

The slogan (motto) of the Association is: Idea - Project - Implementation. The Association has set a goal - to carry out the organization of issues related to the formation, launch, development, financing and monitoring of business projects, programs, research proposals with business applications that focus on exports suggested by the members of the Association, as well as full support in the matter development of existing enterprises.


Association for its future activities chose a strategy that would benefit the establishment of the Institute of intellectual property, the creation of equity vested by law, the development of private enterprise and economical competition. The purpose of the Association is to help individuals and organizations in creating new alliances and achieve new opportunities to implement their business prospects. In an effort to promote the establishment of an active business environment in Armenia, the Association at the same time concentrates its forces for reception of products intended for export, and provide comprehensive support to local producers. Association 3A, relying on the intellectual capacities of its members, using their collective organizing and financial facilities, promotes in the creation of new coalitions of individuals and organizations whose purpose is to provide products aimed at export.

The aims of the Association are:
1. to promote the formation and development aimed to the export business, providing the necessary support for individuals and organizations engaged in similar activities,
2.to support experienced members of the Association in the transfer of their knowledge, skills and experience, and also promotion of them in the development of good cooperation and partnership with individuals and organizations involved in similar activities.

Vision of the Association is to have in Armenia formed and developed enterprises aimed at export, which will serve as a guarantee of stability of democratic and civilized society, which in turn lead to the realization of the productive capacities of all members of society.
